I am Connie Pedersen.
An Interactive Art Director alumni from Hyper Island and I love movement.
For me it's not only the world that is 360 degrees, but also the solutions to problems. And I really enjoy solving problems.
This I do by combining strategy, insights, consumer needs, concept development and a whole lot of digital. I'm trying to make the impossible possible, along with
having a lot of fun.
A real quick project by the kids at M&C Saatchi New York.
We got together and made a tribute to Drake’s new track “0 to 100”. We made a Tumblr site that consist of 100 gifs that goes from 0 to 100 real quick. Check out the site here: http://02100.tumblr.com
What's on your mind? A memorable quote, a personalized message or maybe a catchy song? Speak up with YouTube's new remix function.
Youtube Remix is a text-to-speech/video service. Type the text of your choice in YouTube's search bar. Instead of hitting search, you hit remix. YouTube will then search it's video database for voices and sounds that matches your text. You will then receive a video compilation voiced by the million videos of YouTube.
The brief was given to us by Tom Markham, Executive Creative Director, CP+B. He wanted solutions that would either get more people try Bing for the first time or switch to Bing permanently.
Inspired by what we miss when we are using search queries, we developed Bing it. A plug-in for Bing, that makes it easier to navigate between searches that are relevant to you.
Johan Vakidis, executive creative director at AKQA Shanghai, gave us the following task:
Come up with an idea that would help: crowd control, traffic control and in-turn, ultimately curb pollution.
Our solution is a new service called Spotify Move. It allows you to use Spotify Premium for free on your smartphone as long you're moving. This concept will motivate people to walk, run or bicycle more by letting them listen to whatever music they like, as long as they keep moving.
Sir Richard Branson challenged us to find a way to put the failure of the war on drugs on the global social agenda.
We realized that drug related problems are different from country to country. Project unite is a crowd sourcing platform that will engage innovators across the globe to find solutions to different drug related problems.
In our first brief in Hyper Island we created a brand platform and a following concept for JAYS Headphones,
called Press Forward.
We wanted the target group to gain new experiences on the move. Therefore we created a microsite, complementary of Jays main site. This allows users to connect with experiences, such as art, music and visual enhancements.
The main purpose of the microsite is to communicate that Jays is a provider of experiences, confidently standing in the background to allow their users brand their own experiences. Throughout all channels Press Forward utilizes this and lets users first experience, then interact with the brand and it´s products.
Users connect to the site through curiosity from their initial experience and are free to discover the rich content. The content is both user generated and curated but never branded to a specific genre or lifestyle. The site allows organic growth and is ready for change so to communicate to the contemporary.
Always present, always forward.
Two of the things I really enjoy, beer and branding.
This was a school assignment I was given at the Norwegian School of Creative Studies. The task was to come up with a fictional beer brand, then do the strategy and the visual identity for the brand.

I am a 25 year old girl from the cold north of Norway. Grew up amongst whales, yes it's true, snow and sun all day around in the summer. I realized after a bit of traveling that this town wasn't big enough. I needed to get out and see what happens, meet new people, step out of my little bubble and do awesome stuff.
I moved to the middle of Norway to follow my everlasting dream of creating with my mind and hands. Started the study of Creative Advertising & Brand Communication. Alongside my team entered the international competition Young Glory, with the mind of winning the whole thing. We came second. Which made me even more eager to step it up, and maybe move further south to a bit warmer place.
Sweden isn't that much warmer, but at least Hyper Island has been my warmest experience so far. And that is the feeling of being able to dance to every beat written in history. Currently I am at OgilvyOne Worldwide Paris getting jiggy with it.
